JOINT RESOLUTION by Brodeur

Additional Homestead Exemption; Proposes amendment to s. 6, Art. VII & creation of s. 32, Art. XII of State Constitution to provide additional homestead exemption for owners of homestead property, authorize Legislature to adjust amount of exemption, provide that additional exemption is to be reduced by difference between just value & assessed value, & provide effective dates.
