Assessment of Real Property/Video and Other Surveillance Security Cameras; Proposing an amendment to the State Constitution to authorize the Legislature to authorize counties, municipalities, special districts, and school districts to require the property appraiser to disregard the installation of video and other surveillance security cameras and related equipment in the determination of the assessed value of real property, etc.
