Credit Card Surcharges; Prohibiting counties and municipalities from prohibiting the owners or operators of certain passenger vehicles for hire from imposing credit card surcharges on passenger fares; exempting certain passenger vehicle fares from the prohibition on the imposition of credit card surcharges, etc.
