Property Insurance; Defines term "claim-related document"; requires insurer to disclose to claimant information relating to policy coverage, that claimant may request & obtain all claim-related documents, & whether there are any time requirements that would result in insurer denying claim; incorporates transferred provisions relating to payment of claims; provides for extension of period of coverage for additional living expenses resulting from state of emergency.
