Pregnancy Resource Centers; Creating the “Pregnancy Confidentiality Act”; defining the terms “client,” “client records,” and “pregnancy resource center”; providing that records of clients of pregnancy resource centers may be disclosed only if the client or his or her legal representative requests or consents, in writing, to the release of such information; providing penalties; providing for civil relief, etc.
