Business Enterprise Opportunities for Wartime Veterans; Revising legislative intent; renaming and revising the Florida Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Opportunity Act to expand the vendor preference in state contracting to include certain businesses owned and operated by wartime veterans or veterans of a period of war, etc.
