GENERAL BILL by Budget Subcommittee on General Government Appropriations ; Latvala
Licensed Security Officers; Providing that a person who engages in any activity for which ch. 493, F.S., requires a license, but who acts without having a license, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree; providing that such person commits a felony of the third degree for a second or subsequent offense of engaging in activities without a license; authorizing the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to impose a civil penalty not to exceed a specified amount, etc.
