GENERAL BILL by Sobel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs ; Rich ; Ring ; Margolis

Domestic Partnerships; Setting forth fees and costs to be applied when petitioning for a dissolution of a domestic partnership or registering a domestic partnership; including domestic partnerships and dissolution of domestic partnerships as vital records in this state; requiring the Department of Health to examine all certificates of domestic partnership forms and dissolution of domestic partnership reports sent from the courts; requiring the Department of Health to create and distribute the Declaration of Domestic Partnership and Certificate of Registered Domestic Partnership forms to each clerk of the circuit court, etc.
