GENERAL BILL by Negron ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Life Insurance; Requiring certain life insurance policies or life insurance policy riders to provide for accelerated payment of death benefits to insureds who have been residents of a nursing home for a specified amount of time and who are expected to remain residents of a nursing home until their death; requiring insurers providing life insurance to offer applicants for life insurance certain policies or riders providing for accelerated death benefit payments, etc.
