Bail Bond Agencies and Agents; Requiring law enforcement agencies to provide information to the Department of Financial Services relating to criminal charges filed against licensees under certain circumstances; requiring prior licensure and appointment as a bail bond agent for a specified period before a person or entity may engage in certain activities relating to a bail bond agency; providing requirements relating to the posting of build-up funds by a bail bond agent or agency; providing licensure requirements relating to the apprehension, detention, or arrest of principals on bond, etc.
