Criminal Gang Prevention; Providing enhanced criminal penalties for certain trespassing offenses in school safety zones by a person convicted of certain gang-related offenses; providing enhanced criminal penalties for a person who intentionally causes, encourages, solicits, or recruits another person under a specified age to become a criminal gang member in certain circumstances; authorizing county and municipal detention facilities to designate an individual to be responsible for determining the gang status of each inmate entering the facility and to assess each current inmate for gang activity or gang affiliation; revising the criteria for application of the sentencing multiplier for offenses related to criminal gangs, etc.
