One-stop Business Registration Portal; Changing the name of the One-Stop Permitting System to the One-Stop Business Registration Portal; requiring the Department of Revenue to establish and implement an Internet website for the One-Stop Business Registration Portal; revising the list of agencies that are required to participate in the portal; providing that the department may provide relevant information to state agencies and local governments participating in the portal, etc.
