GENERAL BILL by Budget
Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Creating the Division of Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation; deleting the Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund from the list of trust funds placed in the department, to conform, etc.
Effective Date: except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2012
