Job Incentives; Creates Floridians Back to Work Program within Division of Workforce Services of Department of Economic Opportunity; provides short title; specifies purpose; provides duties of division; requires division to adopt rules to implement program & administer funding; authorizes wage subsidies of specified amounts for employers that hire job applicants meeting certain conditions for specified lengths of time; conditions implementation of program upon appropriation in General Appropriations Act.
