GENERAL BILL by Budget ; Agriculture ; Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities ; Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities
Energy; Adding factors for the Public Service Commission to consider in reviewing the 10-year site plans submitted to the commission by electric utilities; providing a tax credit for the production and sale of renewable energy; providing that the rates, terms, and conditions of electric vehicle charging services by a nonutility are not subject to regulation under ch. 366, F.S.; directing the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to compile a list of retail fuel stations that sell or offer to sell unblended gasoline and provide that information on the department’s website; providing an appropriation from the Florida Public Service Regulatory Trust Fund for the purpose of the Public Service Commission, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, to contract for an independent evaluation of the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000
