Offenses Against Unborn Children; Cites this act as the "Florida Unborn Victims of Violence Act"; amending provisions relating to vehicular homicide; defining the term "unborn child" for specified purposes; revising terminology to refer to "unborn child" rather than "viable fetus"; providing legislative intent; providing that certain offenses relating to the killing of an unborn child by injury to the mother do not require specified knowledge or intent or death of the mother, etc.
