Statewide K-12 Education Commission; Creating the Statewide K-12 Education Commission within the Department of Education; providing purposes; providing for terms, membership, and meetings; providing that members are entitled to reimbursement for travel expenses, subject to appropriations provided in the General Appropriations Act; providing duties; requiring that the commission submit a report to the Governor, Legislature, and State Board of Education by a specified date each year, etc.
