Electrolysis; Defines term "indirect supervision"; requires licensed electrologist who performs hair removal or reduction using laser or light-based technology to practice under protocol with licensed physician or osteopathic physician, subject to specified training & supervision; revises supervision requirements for persons performing electrolysis using laser or light-based hair removal or reduction under practice protocols who are not licensed physicians or osteopathic physicians.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
