GENERAL BILL by Jones
Patient Brokering; Revising the definition of the term “racketeering activity” to include the offense of patient brokering; requiring that a prosecution for a felony violation of the offense of patient brokering be commenced within 5 years after the patient brokering violation is committed, etc.
