Continuing Education Advisory Board; Repeals authority for creation of continuing education advisory board whose purpose is to advise DFS in determining standards by which courses for certain persons licensed to solicit or sell insurance may be evaluated & categorized; deletes all requirements & procedures with respect to such board.
