Retirement; Revises employer contributions for members of FRS who are employees of public community colleges or charter technical career centers sponsored by public community colleges on certain date; revises employer contributions for members of Senior Management Service Class of FRS on certain date; revises employer contributions for members of optional retirement program for State University System on certain date; revises required employer retirement contribution rates for members of each membership class & subclass of FRS; revises allocations from FRS Contributions Clearing Trust Fund to investment plan member accounts on certain date; revises employer contributions for members of State Community College System Optional Retirement Program on certain date; provides that act fulfills important state interest.
