Compensation of Employees; Limiting salaries of employees of an entity created under ch. 348, F.S., or an entity defined in s. 315.02(1) or (2), F.S.; limiting salaries of employees of nonprofit organizations that enter into contracts with the state; providing a means for approval of salaries in excess of such limitation, etc.
