Child Protective Services; Requires case plan for child receiving services from DCFS to include additional information relating to school attendance; requires case plan for middle or high school students to include information regarding programs & services that prepare student for transition to independent living & procedures for child to access & manage personal allowance; requires certain adult caregivers to serve as education advocates for child in middle school or high school; provides timeframe for appointing surrogate parent for child who has disability; requires community-based provider to document selection of an education advocate or surrogate parent in child's case plan.
