GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Regulated Industries ; Bogdanoff

Residential Properties; Exempting certain elevators from specific code update requirements; providing requirements for condominiums created within condominium parcels; providing for the establishment of primary condominium and secondary condominium units; revising the restriction on officers and full-time employees of the ombudsman from engaging in other businesses or professions; revising the time limitation for classification as a bulk assignee or bulk buyer, etc.
