One-Stop Business Registration Portal; Changing the name of the One-Stop Permitting System to the One-Stop Business Registration Portal; requiring the Department of Revenue to establish and implement an Internet website for the One-Stop Business Registration Portal; expanding the purposes of the portal; authorizing the department to contract for development and maintenance of the portal; revising the list of agencies that are required to participate in the portal, etc.
