GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Harrell

Domestic Violence; Defines term "coalition" as it relates to domestic violence; revises provisions relating to certification of domestic violence centers; provides duties of Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence as it manages delivery of services to state's domestic violence program; requires coalition, rather than DCFS, to make specified annual report; requires coalition, rather than DCFS, to perform certain duties relating to certification of domestic violence centers; repeals provisions relating to certification & monitoring of batterers' intervention programs.
