TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Drug-Free Florida Trust Fund/Executive Office of the Governor; Creating the Drug-Free Florida Trust Fund within the Executive Office of the Governor; providing for sources of funds and purposes; providing for the annual carryforward of funds; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: on the same date that SB 742 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is enacted in the same legislative session, or extension thereof, and becomes law. Three-fifths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature required.
