Insurance; Provides application of standard personal lines residential insurance policy to certain commercial lines residential property insurance policies; specifies that upon written request of claimant, insurer providing liability insurance coverage must disclose information to claimant within specified time after written request; authorizes surplus lines carrier to issue real or personal property coverage containing coinsurance clause imposing liability on insured; requires policy containing separate windstorm deductible or coinsurance provision to include disclosures in boldfaced type; voids separate deductibles for hurricane or windstorm coverage if policy fails to make disclosures relating to separate deductibles; provides applicable deductible in policy reverts to all covered perils deductible; specifies policies that contain commercial lines residential coverage must include specified statements relating to dwelling policy limits & deductibles; voids separate deductibles for hurricane or windstorm coverage if certain policies containing commercial lines residential coverage fail to make required disclosures relating to dwelling policy limits & deductibles.
