Slot Machines and Slot Machine Components; Requires Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering within DBPR to adopt rules regulating slot machines & providing specifications for internal components of slot machines; requires that division adopt specifications & procedures to ensure random probabilities of winning plays & provide for operation of random-number generators; prohibits slot machine's random-number generator from serving more than one station or terminal; provides for progressive jackpot payouts.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
