Sexual Exploitation; Cites act as "Florida Safe Harbor Act"; provides legislative intent & goals; revises definitions; authorizes delivery of children alleged to be dependent & sexually exploited to short-term safe houses; requires assessment of certain children for placement in safe house; provides for use of such assessments; requires annual report concerning placements; requires circuits of DCFS to address child welfare service needs of sexually exploited children in master plans; provides duties, responsibilities, & requirements for safe houses & their operators; provides for training for law enforcement officials who are likely to encounter sexually exploited children; provides for increased civil penalty for soliciting another to commit prostitution or related acts; provides for disposition of proceeds; allows victim compensation for sexually exploited children.
