Sentences of Inmates; Revising the quantity of a controlled substance which a person must knowingly sell, purchase, manufacture, deliver, or bring into this state in order to be subject to the automatic imposition of a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment; providing the method for determining the weight of a controlled substance in a mixture that is a prescription drug, etc.
