Title Insurance Agents and Agencies; Revising the list of other code provisions that also apply to title insurance agents or agencies; clarifying that title insurance may be sold only by licensed and appointed agents and agencies; requiring the name of any person who directs or participates in the management or control of the agency; requiring proof of name registration with the Division of Corporations; specifying functions that may be performed by title agents, title agencies, and authorized employees, etc.
