Elections; Revising the provision concerning false or malicious statements about a candidate; prohibiting certain parties from making any statement or sponsoring political advertising or electioneering communications with actual malice; providing a penalty; requiring a candidate to file an oath with his or her filing officer within a specified time after the original publication of a political advertisement, etc.
