Office of Attorney General; Revises Legal Affairs Revolving Trust Fund with regard to which funds are required to be transferred to General Revenue Fund unallocated; provides that rewards for reporting Medicaid fraud shall be paid from Operating Trust Fund; revises obsolete dates; revises duties of Department of Legal Affairs relating to manufacturer certification of dispute-settlement procedures; provides notice requirements for certain manufacturers seeking renewal of certification or ceasing operation of certified procedure; revises notice requirements relating to rejection of dispute by department; authorizes, rather than requiring, office to bring an action for complaints involving discriminatory housing practices.
