Renters' Insurance; Requires residential rental agreement to specify whether renters' insurance is required; requires agreement that requires renters' insurance to specify coverage required & to provide signature line; requires tenant to sign signature line for provision to be enforceable; requires that agreement that does not require renters' insurance include statement advising tenant to obtain renters' insurance.
