Mandatory Reports of Child Abuse; Limiting the duty of an officer or employee of a law enforcement agency to provide notice to the Department of Children and Families of reasonable cause to suspect child abuse under certain circumstances; limiting the duty of the Central Abuse Hotline to electronically transfer certain calls and reports to the county sheriff’s office under certain circumstances, etc.
