Coverage for Mental and Nervous Disorders; Revising requirements and limitations for optional coverage for mental and nervous disorders; authorizing an insurer or health maintenance organization to take certain steps to reduce service costs; specifying nonapplication under certain circumstances; repealing provisions relating to optional coverage required for substance abuse impaired persons, etc.

Effective Date: January 1, 2014, and applies to policies and contracts issued or renewed on or after that date
