Hurricane Mitigation; Transferring responsibility for the public model for hurricane loss projection from the Office of Insurance Regulation to the Division of Emergency Management; deleting provisions specifying how program funds are to be spent, including the Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Mitigation and Enhancement Program, and the Florida International University International Hurricane Research Center; repealing provisions relating to the public hurricane loss projection model; revising factors that must be considered or included in the rate filings for residential property insurance, etc.
