Building Construction; Revising notice requirements in the Local Government Code Enforcement Boards Act; specifying that certain actions relating to onsite sewage treatment and removal are not required if a bedroom is not added during a remodeling addition or modification to a single-family home; authorizing a local building department to retain 75 percent of certain fines collected if it transmits 25 percent to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation; creating the Florida Concrete Masonry Council, Inc., etc.
