SB 1254: Postsecondary Education Tuition
GENERAL BILL by Detert
Postsecondary Education Tuition; Providing that, if certain criteria are met, a dependent child whose deceased parent was a United States citizen and a legal resident of this state may qualify as a resident of this state for tuition purposes while completing the requirements for a high school diploma, etc.
