Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center Authority, Leon County; Abolishes Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center Authority; repeals provisions for authority's charter; designates Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center as "Donald L. Tucker Civic Center"; provides for erection of suitable markers; requires DBPR's Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco to issue beverage license to FSU or its designee; transfers all assets & liabilities of authority to FSU.
