Vision Screening of Preschool Students; Requires district school boards to conduct vision screenings on students entering prekindergarten or kindergarten; requires comprehensive eye examinations of students who fail to pass vision screenings; requires licensed optometrists & ophthalmologists to submit examination results to school health personnel & student's parent or guardian; authorizes DOH, in cooperation with DOE, to adopt rules necessary to implement vision screening requirements.
