Enterprise Zones; Renaming the enterprise zone jobs credit as the enterprise zone job stimulus credit; authorizing the enterprise zone job stimulus credit against the sales tax and the corporate income tax to be applied to new employees hired; deleting the minimum threshold requirement for full-time jobs required to claim the credit, etc.
