Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; Requiring the Department of Education to develop and adopt performance standards for students in the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program which address the age-appropriate progress of students in the development of student learning growth; requiring measures of student learning growth to be based on interval data; requiring the DOE to require a school district to administer the statewide kindergarten screening in a student’s primary language, etc.
