GENERAL BILL by Regulatory Affairs Committee ; Smith

Ticket Sales; Provides enhanced criminal penalties for second & subsequent violations concerning fraudulent creation or possession of admission ticket; provides criminal penalties for persons who commit such violations involving more than specified number of tickets; provides definitions; prohibits fraudulent repurchase of multiuse ticket; provides enhanced criminal penalties for second or subsequent violations of provisions relating to resale or repurchase of multiuse tickets.
