GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Flores
Victims of Human Trafficking; Revising the mental, emotional, or developmental age of a child victim whose out-of-court statement describing specified criminal acts is admissible in evidence in certain instances; providing for electronic appearances of petitioners and attorneys at hearings; authorizing a person whose records are expunged to lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge the arrests covered by the expunged record; providing that the Department of Law Enforcement or any other criminal justice agency is not required to comply with certain requirements relating to expunging criminal history records until a specified date, etc. APPROPRIATION: $99,275
