GENERAL BILL by Flores
High Schools; Creating the State Seal of Biliteracy Program to recognize a high school graduate who has attained a high level of competency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one or more languages in addition to English; specifying minimum standards of a school-district-developed or school-district-selected world language examination; prohibiting a school district or the Department of Education from charging fees to a student who earns the State Seal of Biliteracy, etc.
