GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Fireworks; Requiring each county to designate at least one area for the use of aerial devices; specifying minimum periods in which aerial devices may be used; prohibiting the sale or possession of consumer fireworks by persons under 18 years of age; providing an exception; prohibiting the sale of certain consumer fireworks; authorizing a prohibition on the sale of consumer fireworks and fireworks during a declared state of emergency, etc.
