Mental Health; Revising criteria for involuntary examination; specifying who may submit a petition for an ex parte order for involuntary examination; deleting a requirement that a less restrictive means be unavailable before a law enforcement officer may take a person into custody for an involuntary examination; revising discharge requirements if a person no longer meets the criteria for involuntary admission; providing additional discharge requirements for voluntary patients, etc.
