Enterprise Zones/Polk County; Authorizes Polk County, City of Auburndale, City of Bartow, City of Eagle Lake, City of Fort Meade, City of Frostproof, City of Lake Wales, City of Mulberry & City of Polk City to apply, individually or jointly, to DEO for designation of specified number of enterprise zones; provides application requirements; requires DEO to establish effective dates of enterprise zones.
